Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Admit Verdict, a service operated by Dream Seekers Incorporated. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases on Admit Verdict are final and non-refundable. When you complete checkout you are purchasing a digital product (a school-specific essay diagnostic review) that is delivered electronically and immediately initiates upon your essay submission. Because the core value of the product is the generated review — which cannot be "returned" once delivered — we do not offer general refunds, partial refunds, or credit exchanges.

2. Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure: A verified technical error on our platform prevented your review from being generated and delivered, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days).
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment processing error.

Dissatisfaction with review content or scores does not qualify as a technical failure and is not a basis for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions above:

  1. Email support@admitverdict.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include: your account email address, the date of purchase, the Stripe receipt number (if available), and a description of the issue.
  3. Submit your request within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and reach a determination within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@admitverdict.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension and will be disputed with evidence of the digital product delivery.
