Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Admit Verdict, a service operated by Dream Seekers Incorporated ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Admit Verdict you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility — Minimum Age
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Admit Verdict. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or submit content. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf and may use the service for you. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly delete it.
3. Essay Authorship and Submission Consent
By submitting an essay or other written content through Admit Verdict, you affirm that:
- You are the original author of the submitted content, or
- You have the explicit right to submit that content for review (e.g., you are a parent, guardian, or authorized tutor acting on behalf of the student).
You retain all ownership rights to your submitted content. We do not claim any ownership over essays you submit.
4. Services
Admit Verdict provides school-specific, AI-assisted diagnostic feedback ("Reviews") on college application essays. Available packages are listed on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature with reasonable notice.
5. Payments and Credits
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Re-review credits may only be used against the specific original review for which they were purchased.
6. Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds may be granted in limited circumstances as described in our Refund Policy.
7. "As Is" Service — No Admissions Guarantee
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The diagnostic review is feedback only. It does not guarantee any admissions outcome, acceptance to any college or university, or any particular result in the application process. College admissions decisions involve many factors outside our control. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a promise or guarantee of acceptance to any institution.
8. Independence — No University Affiliation
Dream Seekers Incorporated and Admit Verdict are independent entities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any college, university, or admissions office. School names and logos mentioned are the property of their respective institutions and are used solely to identify the target of a review request.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dream Seekers Incorporated and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill — arising out of your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit content you do not own or have the right to submit.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion and with or without prior notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
